- Include all pages in your document uploads, even if they're blank. Check for page numbers like "page 1 of 2."
- Use Adobe Scan app for a fast, easy method of scanning physical documents. See our guide below!
- Use clear file names so you'll be moved rapidly through our document review queue.
- Double-check your uploads against the document list before submitting to avoid delays.
DON'T
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Submit partial documents. We need full versions of all statements including ALL pages.
- Submit blurry files. Pixelated or low-resolution documents will be rejected.
- Redact any information. Our underwriters need to see all information on documents.
- Rush your submission. Review files thoroughly to avoid back-and-forth that slows your loan.
